The powerful air-conditioning system, combined with a high level of thermal insulation, can maintain a stable and comfortable internal temperature even under intense heat.

The windows are fitted with a ceramic nanotechnology solar-control film that significantly reduces UV penetration, improving internal comfort and the unit’s energy efficiency.

Designed to provide a safe shelter even in the harshest conditions, Burian has been developed to operate in Arctic climates and environments characterized by extreme temperatures.

To maximize thermal insulation, the floor is equipped with an enhanced insulation layer and an electric radiant heating system, preventing the walking surface from freezing.

Air exchange is managed by a ventilation system with heat recovery and preheating of incoming air, supported by wall-mounted electric radiators to maintain a constant and comfortable indoor temperature.

In addition, all water drainage pipes are protected by heating cables, which prevent wastewater from freezing and ensure the proper operation of the system even in the most severe climatic conditions.
